Terms & Conditions – Speedboat Rental Without Skipper
1. Rental Eligibility
The renter must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid boat license for operating power, motor, or speedboat, recognized by the competent maritime authorities.
Based on Greek legislation, boat licenses issued outside the EU must be officially translated into Greek.
2. Required Experience
The renter is required to clarify their experience in handling boats of a similar type and size.
The company evaluates this experience and reserves the right to refuse the rental if the necessary safety requirements are not met.
3. Insurance
The boat is covered by third-party liability insurance only.
The renter bears full responsibility for any damage, wear, or loss caused to the boat or its equipment during the rental and commits to cover the cost of repair or restoration.
4. Prohibited activities
The use of the boat for water sports is strictly prohibited, including waterskiing, wakeboarding, tubing, etc.
5. Navigation Restrictions & Limits
Navigating to Albania and/or approaching Albanian ports or coasts is strictly prohibited!!!
Leaving the coastline around Corfu is strictly prohibited!
