Terms & Conditions – No-License Boat Rental
Age Requirement
The renter must be at least 18 years old.
Experience
No previous boating experience needed.
Mandatory Briefing
Approximately 20 minutes covering boat operation and sea safety instructions.
Operator Restriction
The boat may be operated only by the renter. Any transfer of operation to a third party is strictly prohibited and will result in penalties.
Insurance
Boats are covered by third-party insurance only.
The renter is responsible for any damage caused to the boat during the rental and agrees to cover the cost of repair or replacement with new parts.
Language Requirement
The renter must have a good command of English and attend the briefing personally without a third-party translator to fully understand all instructions.
Safety
Safety comes first.
If the instructor determines that it may not be safe for the renter to operate the boat, a boat with a captain may be provided so the experience can still be enjoyed safely.
The renter is asked to cooperate and understand this decision.
Rental Time
Strict adherence to the rental time is required. Any started additional hour will incur an extra charge for the full hour.
Navigation Area
The renter must remain within the designed restricted area. Exceeding the boundaries is not permitted and will result in penalties.
